By purchasing a ticket, you allow Middle Tennessee Princess Parties to use you and your child's photo and likeness for social media and promotional purposes.

Tickets are non-refundable. Purchase protection is available through a third party at the time of purchase and is the only way to ensure you can get your money back on your ticket purchase in the case of an emergency. We are not responsible for covering any fees or refunds that they do not handle.

The character line up for this event may change at the discretion of Middle Tennessee Princess Parties.

No food will be served at this event, but there will be snacks available for purchase at the event from the Storybook Bake Stand. If necessary, please bring a small, mess-free snack.

Seating at the event is limited and for adult use so we can maximize the floor space. All seats will be filled and saving seats is not allowed.

All children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

All adults must be attending with a ticketed child.

Start times are approximate. We will make every effort to start within 15 minutes of the time listed. If the event does start late, it will also end later than listed.

Middle Tennessee Princess Parties has no intention of violating any copyright laws. All of our characters are generic versions of popular characters, are original, or are in the public domain, and any resemblance to copyrighted characters is coincidental. We are not associated with any theme parks, publishing companies, studios, production companies, etc.

Costumes may be worn by children aged 12 years and younger, but no costumes should be worn by teenagers of adults. Casual, business, or formal attire are acceptable for all guests at this event.

Middle Tennessee Princess Parties reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a guest from the event for any reason.

Please keep all personal items with you at all times. Middle Tennessee Princess Parties nor Oakland's Mansion are responsible for any lost or stolen personal property.

No smoking or alcoholic beverages will be permitted at this event.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event, you and all members of your party acknowledge and assume all risks related to exposure of communicable diseases. You and all members of your party also assume all risks of bodily injury, illness, allergic reactions, and death that may result from participating in this event's activities. You, your guests, your spouse/partner, your heirs, successors, executors, administrators, or anybody else who may claim on your behalf, hereby release, waive, indemnify, and forever hold harmless Middle Tennessee Princess Parties and Oakland's Mansion, and any affiliates, agents, contractors, directors, owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and any organizations associated with this event from any and all liability, claims of negligence for any disease, death, illness, or injury.

Ticket Spice is the only legitimate ticket seller for this event. Oakland's Mansion does not sell events to this event, and Middle Tennessee Princess Parties is not responsible for tickets sold by resellers and reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone with a fraudulent ticket.
